Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that your candle(s) meet the following criteria:

Unused Condition: The candle(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Refund Process

Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at Sageinternational9@gmail.com. Provide your order details and reason for the refund request.

Return the Item: After receiving authorization from our team, please return the item to the address provided. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refund Approval: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Issuance: If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that personalized or custom-made items are exempt from being returned and refunded. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.
